“An environmental geographer, Samuel has coordinated since 2013 the RENOIR Collective (Ressources Environnementales Nocturnes & territOIRes). This radically interdisciplinary group investigates the various actions undertaken by territories to combat light pollution by preserving darkness as an environmental resource and by enhancing nocturnal environments.”
