Research topics

My research activities are aimed at making my statutory mission to preserve biodiversity and protect habitats more effective. Specifically, this involves supervising doctoral students through the CIFRE program and developing applied and operational research in the fields of conservation biology and the humanities. My research focuses on the study of mountain ecosystems and their adaptations to global changes, particularly high-altitude lake ecosystems and their associated biodiversity, as well as watercourses and semi-aquatic mammals.
